Director of Content

We are a startup, providing online training for non-medical professionals who services clients in individual homes and healthcare facilities.

This position is a huge opportunity for training managers to move away from the behind-the-scenes of an organization and into the front of the company, facing the customers.

Here, you will manage the content team that develops our product! Alongside the tech element of the system, you will lead and execute the product content-road map.

You will lead a team of 15-25 talented instructional designers and producers, in bringing to life the vision of Nevvon to lead better care through better training.



Plan and execute the content roadmap

  • Build the organization’s content roadmap
  • Manage workloads
  • Develop new and efficient ways to develop content
  • Manage and lead the team leaders to accomplish the departments’ yearly goals
  • Manage the departments’ budget

Manage the content team

  • Manage the team members
  • Manage and approve the team products
  • Build a hiring plan based on content volume demands
  • Build and manage the onboarding process for new team members- including training and required internal courses


  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a manager of an E-learning / online instructional design team
  • Management experience of minimum 5 internal/external team members
  • Instructional design experience- advantage
  • Storyline experience- advantage
