User Conference
Join us at our inaugural user conference on Thursday, November 13, 2025 and book your spot at the historic Mansion at Glen Cove on Long Island’s Gold Coast. Space is limited.
There is no charge to register, but space is limited. We’re expecting a truly national audience, with representation from the 42-plus states where we operate. If you sign up and later discover you cannot attend, please let us know so we can offer your seat to another participant.
Nevvon’s mission has always been simple: better training delivers better care. As we look toward 2026 and beyond, we realize that the problems facing home‑ and community‑based care organizations require collaboration across the entire ecosystem.
Agenda – what to expect
Below is a sample agenda for the conference. Times may change as we finalize speakers and sessions, but this outline will help you plan your day.
- 8:00–9:00 AM - Arrival, registration and breakfast. Enjoy a continental breakfast and meet fellow attendees. Kosher options will be available.
- 9:00–9:15 AM - Opening welcome
- 9:15–10:30 AM - Session #1
- 10:30–10:45 AM - Morning break
- 11:00–12:00 PM - Session #2
- 12:00–1:00 PM - Lunch & networking – share insights with peers and connect with Nevvon partners.
- 1:00–2:00 PM - Session #3

- 4:30–5:00 PM - Closing Session
- 5:00–6:00 PM - Reception & networking – unwind with refreshments, connect with colleagues, and continue the conversations that matter most.

Hotel and travel information
The conference will take place at The Mansion at Glen Cove, a historic estate on Long Island’s famed Gold Coast. Originally built in 1910 as “The Manor,” this 55‑acre estate was designed by architect Charles Adams Platt and was once considered by Country Life magazine to be one of the “Best 12 Country Houses in America.”
About the Venue
- Spacious grounds and modern facilities – The Mansion sits on 55 manicured acres and offers about 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space
- Comfortable accommodations – A recent renovation means you can stay on‑site in one of the 187 well‑appointed guest rooms
- Convenient location – The estate is located in Glen Cove, NY, roughly 30 minutes from New York City and from JFK or LaGuardia airport, making it easy for out‑of‑town guests to reach by car, train or plane.
- Historic charm – The Georgian‑revival mansion features a stately two‑story portico entrance, baronial staircase and sweeping gardens that recall the glamour of Long Island’s Gilded Age.
Booking Your Stay
Attendees will receive a discounted room rate at the Mansion. Details about how to book the group block will be provided upon registration. The number of rooms available is limited; let us know asap if you will be staying at the hotel.
Getting there
- By air: Fly into John F. Kennedy (JFK) or LaGuardia (LGA); both airports are about half an hour from the venue
- By train: The Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) serves Glen Cove; trains from Penn Station run regularly.
- By car: The Mansion is located at 200 Dosoris Lane, Glen Cove, NY 11542. Complimentary parking will be available for attendees.
