Account Executive

Nevvon is hiring an Account Executive

Through our innovative platform, we provide on-line training that aim to improve staff recruitment and retention, save time and money for agencies, and ultimately enhance the quality of care. 

Join our growing global team as an Account Executive who will drive growth and enhance our sales efforts as we expand in home care and beyond. This role is crucial for acquiring new clients and generating recurring revenue, directly impacting our team’s success. This role will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Here’s what you’ll be focused on:

  • Generate new pipeline, resulting in a few demos every week from outbound and inbound opportunities 
  • Become a trusted voice in the Home Care industry- attend conferences, develop and nurture relationships, build new partnerships
  • Exceed sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling new products into new accounts
  • Keep your pipeline organized, current, and comprehensive by managing opportunities at every stage of the funnel.
  • Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts

In order to be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:

  • 3-5 years of direct sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing contracts, including negotiation
  • Prior experience in channel partner activities
  • Expertise with CRM and productivity software such as G-suite, HubSpot, and Gong
  • A “Hunter” mentality
  • Creativity in uncovering net new business opportunities
  • People skills- great communication, accurately reading and assessing people and situations
  • Superior demo skills over zoom
  • Willingness to travel

These are not a must, but will provide you with an advantage:

  • Prior experience in Healthcare, specifically Home Care or equivalent 
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales
