You are receiving this email to inform you of any caregivers who have completed their training that were unable to be logged automatically in HHAeXchange. 

Please review the Description for each record and reference below to understand and resolve the problem in the future.

How to Resolve
InService Overlapped
Nevvon reports the full length of a program completion based on your agency preferences. This occurs in one of two ways:

Real Time:
Caregiver finishes a program (ie: 3 hours) at 2pm.Training is reported as starting at 11am and finished at 2pm

Midnight:
Caregiver finishes a program (ie: 3 hours) at 2pm.Training is reported as having started at midnight and finished at 3am the same day.

When is this code displayed?
The reported times overlap an existing record in HHAeXChange for a Visit

This can happen when:

– Nevvon is not set to block training during visits for this agency
– Nevvon is set to block, but the visits data cached in Nevvon was not up-to-date (last minute changes, or issues with the visit data retrieval)
– Caregiver completed training (that was started earlier) immediately after a scheduled shift and the length of the program overlapped with the time they were working
Option 1
Configure HHAeXchange to allow overlaps

Option 2
Manually create an In-Service on the caregiver profile at another time on their schedule that does not overlap with a scheduled shift. 

NOTE:Nevvon cannot force HHAeXchange to accept training that overlaps with a scheduled shift.
Requires Discipline
The process for locating the best Paycode/Discipline for the caregiver failed. HHAeXChange denied the report without discipline.

This can result from:
– A misconfigured paycode “map” provided to Nevvon
– Missing paycode(s) from the caregiver in HHAeXChange
– Changes in HHAeXChange (renaming or removing Paycode) after the paycodes were configured<
Provide Nevvon with the correct paycode associated with the caregiver discipline.

Ensure that the paycodes provided are associated with the appropriate caregivers 
Invalid PayRateID
The PayCode provided was rejected by HHAeXChange.

This can result from:
– A misconfigured paycode “map” provided to Nevvon
– Missing paycode(s) from the caregiver in HHAeXChange
– Changes in HHAeXChange (renaming or removing Paycode) after the paycodes were configured
Provide Nevvon with the correct paycode associated with the caregiver discipline.

Ensure that the paycodes provided are associated with the appropriate caregivers 
No topics were found
HHAeXChange response was invalid and connection issues at that moment
Manually create an In-Service on the caregiver profile at another time on their schedule that does not overlap with a scheduled shift.
{CG name} is scheduled for an absence
HHAeXChange has data that this Caregiver is supposed to be absent – and hence they reject this learning.
