You are receiving this email to inform you of any caregivers who have completed their training that were unable to be logged automatically in HHAeXchange.
Please review the Description for each record and reference below to understand and resolve the problem in the future.

InService Overlapped | Nevvon reports the full length of a program completion based on your agency preferences. This occurs in one of two ways: Real Time: Caregiver finishes a program (ie: 3 hours) at 2pm.Training is reported as starting at 11am and finished at 2pm Midnight: Caregiver finishes a program (ie: 3 hours) at 2pm.Training is reported as having started at midnight and finished at 3am the same day. When is this code displayed? The reported times overlap an existing record in HHAeXChange for a Visit. This can happen when: – Nevvon is not set to block training during visits for this agency – Nevvon is set to block, but the visits data cached in Nevvon was not up-to-date (last minute changes, or issues with the visit data retrieval) – Caregiver completed training (that was started earlier) immediately after a scheduled shift and the length of the program overlapped with the time they were working | Option 1 Configure HHAeXchange to allow overlaps Option 2 Manually create an In-Service on the caregiver profile at another time on their schedule that does not overlap with a scheduled shift. NOTE:Nevvon cannot force HHAeXchange to accept training that overlaps with a scheduled shift. |
Aborted for {discipline} | There is no discipline/paycode combination that matches the paycodes setup in Nevvon vs the paycodes asssociated to the caregiver in HHAeXChange | Check the paycode mapping in both systems:

Could not locate uniqePartnerEmpId () in Nevvon Integration layer | It happens when the caregiver is not mapped by the integration between HHAeXChange and Nevvon. This can occur for the following reasons:
– There is another caregiver in the same agency with the same phone number. – The caregiver’s employer number already exists in Nevvon for the same agency. | Notify Nevvon’s team to check the reason why the caregiver is not syncing in the integration |
No topics were found | HHAeXChange response was invalid and connection issues at that moment.
This is typically a temporary issue with the HHAeXChange system. | Option 1: Manually create an In-Service on the caregiver profile at another time on their schedule that does not overlap with a scheduled shift.
